The Ninth Annual European Conference on the Promotion of Mental Health will be held at the Conservatoire, Birmingham, England on 15-17 September 1999. The meeting will address the theme of “Progress Through Partnership” through related sub-themes such as identifying partners and their agendas, working with differeng agendas within the same agency, and agreeing common objectives for collaborative programs.
